Photography – Terms & Conditions By making a payment, you agree to the following: Payment A non-refundable deposit (if applicable) secures your date. Full payment is required before delivery of any images. Damage to Equipment Clients are financially responsible for any damage to equipment caused by themselves, guests, or vendors. Repair/replacement costs must be paid within 14 days. Substitution & Force Majeure If the photographer is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, severe weather), a qualified replacement may be provided. If not, all payments will be refunded. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations within 3 days of the event are non-refundable. Rescheduling depends on availability and may involve additional fees. Liability The photographer is not responsible for missed shots due to delays, weather, venue rules, or other issues beyond their control. Delivery & Image Backup Final edited photos are delivered after full payment, within the agreed timeframe. Clients are responsible for backing up their files. Usage Rights The photographer retains copyright and may use images for portfolio or promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise. Clients may print and share images for personal, non-commercial use.
